We work with several trusted carriers. The most frequently used are Colissimo, Chronopost, DPD, and UPS. Please note that for international shipments outside of France, customs fees may be applied to the recipient. Drimtec disclaims all responsibility for the payment of these fees. Transit times are estimated and depend on customs formalities.
Yes, we ship our products worldwide every day. Shipping costs apply and will be calculated when you finalize your order. Due to the high volume of packages we ship, we benefit from excellent rates with our carriers, which allows us to reduce our international shipping rates. We pass these savings directly on to our customers.
Orders placed from Monday to Friday are shipped within 1 business day, subject to availability and bank verification. Orders placed on Friday are processed the following Monday. We will contact you by email if the items ordered are temporarily unavailable or if additional information is needed for payment verification.
When your order ships, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to you. In some cases, tracking may not be immediately active (don't worry). It sometimes takes a few days for the tracking system to become operational and visible in the destination country.
Customs and import duties may apply upon receipt of the goods. These taxes are set by the local authorities of the destination country. We have no control over these amounts. It is the customer's responsibility to pay them.
As each inner barrel and outer shroud is custom-machined in our workshops for each specific order, we cannot accept returns on these parts. All other items will be subject to a full inspection upon receipt and may be refused. Returns may also be subject to a 30% restocking fee. We do not refund the initial shipping costs incurred when the order was placed. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and must use a trackable service. No returns are accepted more than 5 days after the customer receives the item.
Delivery times are generally 2 to 5 business days for standard shipping and 1 to 3 days for express shipping. Please note: public holidays are not considered business days; no shipping or deliveries take place during these periods.

If an incorrect shipping address was entered during your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email at contact@drimtec.fr to correct the address.
If an order has already been shipped with an incorrect address, we will attempt to modify it with the carrier, but it may sometimes be too late. In this case, we will have to wait for the package to be returned to our warehouses before proceeding with a new shipment. The carrier may then charge us additional fees for the return of the package, which will be passed on to the customer.
Reshipping fees will also apply. An invoice will be provided to you once the new delivery is scheduled.
Sails & barrels
Once your wheels have been disassembled, you will need to measure your lips or barrels from end to end. You will then need to subtract half an inch (approximately 1.27 cm), which corresponds to the width of the bead. Once this deduction has been made, you will obtain the actual depth.
For example: If your lip measures 3" from edge to edge, after subtracting 0.5" (bead width), you will be left with 2.5" of lip. This is the exact method for measuring your lips and barrels.
We have thousands of raw shells and barrels in stock for you to create your own custom wheels as you wish. You can view them on the website.
Need a custom application? No problem, we have in-house CNC machining facilities. Combined with our blanks, these allow us to manufacture the custom shrouds and barrels you need. Please do not hesitate to contact us to find out what we can do for you.

Bolts & screws
Size. That is the only difference. They are all 12-point, made from 10.9 high-tensile forged stainless steel or Grade 5 Titanium.
M6 Bolts
- Shaft Diameter: 6mm
- Thread Pitch: 1mm
- Head Diameter: 13mm
M7 Bolts
- Shaft Diameter: 7mm
- Thread Pitch: 1mm
- Head Diameter: 13mm
M8 Bolts
- Shaft Diameter: 8mm
- Thread Pitch: 1.25mm
- Head Diameter: 14mm
Size is crucial. The easiest and most reliable method to ensure you use the correct bolts is to measure your existing bolts. If you don't have the original bolts, measure the diameter of the holes in the center, face, or barrel.
When measuring, it's best to note the diameter of the hole in the face where the bolt shank passes through, as well as the diameter of the recess on the face/center for the bolt head, not forgetting the overall bolt length. All measurements should be taken in millimeters.

Generally, for a two-piece rim, the tightening torque should be 18 Nm, and for a three-piece rim, approximately 24 Nm. However, please verify these values with your rim manufacturer, as each model has different specifications.
While we offer a wide range of colors, we unfortunately cannot cater to every taste. Custom surface treatment is not feasible, as we require a minimum production run of several thousand pieces. However, we recommend purchasing chrome-plated bolts and clear coating them with a colored tint to achieve the desired finish.
