Return and Refund Policy
French and International Customers
As each inner and outer wheel rim shell is custom machined in our workshops according to each specific order, we cannot accept any returns on these products. We therefore recommend that you carefully check the dimensions you require before ordering. If you need assistance before placing an order, please compare the measurements of your current wheel rim shells with ours in the specifications tab. If you have any doubt about the compatibility of our products with your rims, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can advise you. We are always here to help.
Customers in Metropolitan France
In accordance with the French Consumer Code and the right of withdrawal provided for in articles L221-18 and following, you have a period of 14 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal and obtain a full refund on all other products (excluding custom-machined parts). This period begins the day after receipt of the goods.
Return Conditions:
- Return shipping costs are at your expense. For your protection, we recommend using a tracked delivery service that insures the full value of the goods.
- Returned products must reach us in new condition and in their original packaging. You may open the product to check it, but any used or damaged product will be subject to a 30% handling fee. Please handle your item with care when opening.
- Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method as used at the time of purchase.
Withdrawal Procedure:
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal within this 14-day period, please send us an email to contact@drimtec.fr specifying:
- Your name and address
- Your order placement method
- Any payment reference (e.g., PayPal, transaction number)
- The order number
Return Advice:
- Carefully package the product to avoid any damage during transport.
- Make your return by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or by a tracked carrier. Simple proof of deposit will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
- Don't forget to include your full contact details and a copy of your purchase receipt in the package.
International Customers (outside France)
No international returns are accepted. We strongly advise our international customers to carefully check all measurements before placing an order. However, if you have any doubts, we are here to assist you with your purchase. We also provide practical guides to help our customers measure their existing wheel rim shells, as well as guides for measuring assembly hardware.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
- Goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (custom-machined shells and barrels)
- Goods that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection
